As HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit, you will work closely with international teams and business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives and financial performance. You will oversee the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, engagement, retention, and HR process implementation.
Using data-driven insights, you will help optimize staffing levels, improve employee performance, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands‐on operational execution in a dynamic, international technology environment. Accountabilities
Ensure workforce effectiveness by aligning employee performance and capabilities with the business unit's strategic objectives and financial targets.
Manage workforce planning and staffing levels, ensuring the business unit has the appropriate headcount and that new hires successfully complete probation and meet performance expectations.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and long-term commitment.
Support the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, performance management, and offboarding.
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring consistent execution and compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations.
