In this role you drive growth for D-EDGE in Austria by acquiring and managing hotel partners, promoting the full hospitality tech suite, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes. You will act as a trusted business partner, tailoring proposals to client needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position offers a chance to shape a rapidly expanding international platform and strengthen brand presence at industry events.

Responsabilità
- Prospect hotels and hotel groups in the assigned territory and identify key decision-makers
- Present and tailor D-EDGE solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics tools) to client needs
- Build and grow a high-value client portfolio with long-term relationships
- Lead the full sales cycle from pitch to negotiation to closing, meeting/exceeding targets




- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Advocate for client feedback internally to improve offerings
- Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events in Austria to boost visibility and generate leads

Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven hospitality industry experience with expertise in revenue management, distribution, or digital marketing
- Strong track record in B2B sales with at least 5 years of commercial experience
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution landscape (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.)
- Self-driven, results-oriented, natural relationship builder
- Fluency in Italian and English (100%); based in Venice or surrounding area
- Willingness to visit clients regularly
