Overview Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing all the projects related to Moncler Industries Yield Factory, based in Bacau (Romania). Your Impact * Lead end-to-end Supply Chain projects within the manufacturing environment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. * Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully implement new processes, systems, and operational standards. * Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, lead times, and service levels. * Support the implementation of digital tools and supply chain transformation initiatives. * Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational performance across planning, procurement, inventory, production, and logistics. * Perform data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making and project prioritization.



Qualifications * Fluent in English or Romanian, Italian is mandatory. * Great educational background, preferably in the fields of engineering. * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Flexibilitiy and problem solving.
