Product Quality Engineering (PQE) Manager – Monolithic Power * Full-time * Employment Type: Regular (PERM) * Remote Work Available: No * Compensation: EUR 53,000 - EUR 70,000 - yearly The PQE manager is responsible for establishing and leading the PQE team, ensuring quality and reliability performance of Monolithic Power products wherever they are designed, manufactured, and assembled, by managing Product Quality related aspects from an end-to-end perspective (from concept throughout the entire product lifecycle) in accordance with international standards and customer requirements. The PQE team is also responsible for Reliability Monitoring through ORT. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop the Product Quality Engineering team for Monolithic power devices, providing coaching, performance management, and capability development to ensure organizational success. * Define and execute the product qualification and quality assurance strategy across new product introductions, product changes, supplier changes, and technology transfers.
* Ensure effective quality representation throughout the product lifecycle, from design kick-off through production release and sustaining operations. * Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with internal requirements, customer expectations, and applicable industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IEC, JEDEC). * Drive risk management activities, including participation in design and process reviews, and ensure timely implementation and closure of mitigation actions. * Review qualification outcomes, assess quality and reliability risks, and provide final quality approval and recommendations for product release and change management decisions. * Support customer quality engagement related to qualification strategies, reliability performance, and quality-related escalations. * Ensure timely resolution of qualification and product quality issues by driving cross-functional problem-solving, root cause analysis, and correctiv
