Job Description As part of the Finance team, you support the achievement of financial targets through accurate reporting, cost control, project accounting, and compliance activities. You work closely with Finance and Engineering leadership to provide financial insights, maintain strong controls, and ensure the integrity of financial and operational reporting. Responsibilities * Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings,
including P&L;, balance sheet, forecast, and budget reporting. * Review and post journal entries and ensure timely completion of account reconciliations and financial analyses. * Manage engineering work orders, purchase orders, and invoicing activities while monitoring project costs, revenues, and profitability. * Analyze variances against forecasts, budgets, and project targets and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure Engineering and Tooling balances are properly accounted for in accordance with US GAAP and local GAAP requirements. * Monitor overhead spending, labor hours, capital expenditures, and key performance indicators to support cost control and operational efficiency. * Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Sales, Program Management, Purchasing, Cost Analysis teams, and senior management to support business objectives. * Identify project-related financial risks and ensure complian
