As part of the strategic strengthening of the Companion Animals Business Unit, we are seeking a National Veterinary Service Manager with a permanent contract.
The Role
We are seeking a National Veterinary Services Manager to lead the implementation of the Veterinary Services strategy at national level, ensuring scientific excellence, technical support, and effective collaboration across functions. The role acts as a key bridge between Veterinary Services, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and external stakeholders, contributing to product leadership, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
The successful candidate will support the organization through technical expertise, training initiatives, scientific communication,



and the development of strong relationships with key customers, universities, and opinion leaders.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement and adapt the Veterinary Services strategy locally in alignment with global and zone objectives.
- Support product leadership by providing scientific expertise and building confidence in Ceva products among internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute the Veterinary Services business plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver technical and scientific support to customers, key accounts, sales teams, and customer service teams.
- Conduct customer visits and provide professional consultations, troubleshooting, and diagnostic support when required.
- Conduct field coaching and accompaniment with sales representatives, enhancing the quality of customer interactions through scientific and technical expertise.
