In particular, you will: * Lead, coach and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and accountable engineering culture. * Partner with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define priorities, goals and delivery plans aligned with business and organizational objectives. * Drive the successful execution of engineering initiatives, removing blockers, managing risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes. * Provide technical leadership and strategic direction, supporting architectural decisions, technology evolution and engineering best practices. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with product vision, customer needs and business goals. * Contribute to hiring, talent development, resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives to support the long-term growth of the engineering organization.
