Responsibilities
Assist with general building construction, masonry, and structural works on civil construction sites
Transport, load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and heavy supplies safely
Prepare and mix construction materials such as concrete, mortar, plaster, and cement
Clear construction site debris, excavate trenches, and assist in assembling temporary scaffolding or shuttering
Operate basic hand and power construction tools safely under site supervision
Adhere strictly to Italian site safety regulations, supervisor directives, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
Requirements




Strong physical fitness, stamina, and ability to handle strenuous manual work outdoors
Excellent team-working skills and ability to follow supervisor instructions closely
High level of reliability, discipline, and commitment to workplace safety
Employment: Long-term
Permit Duration: 1 year
Requirements
- Open to candidates from India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Bangladesh
- Previous experience in building construction, masonry, or physical manual labor preferred
- High school diploma or basic vocational/trade training preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Working video with self-introduction required
