YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Metal Process Engineer to join our Power Front-End Technology R&D; team.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of advanced metal processing technologies and materials solutions for next-generation products. This position is ideal for recent Master's graduates interested in applying their knowledge of materials science, metallurgy, and process engineering in an innovative research environment.
Process Research & Development
- Support the development and optimization of metal processing technologies.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and evaluate process performance.
- Assist in designing and executing Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data.
Materials Characterization
- Perform materials characterization using analytical and microscopy techniques.
- Investigate relationships between process conditions, microstructure, and material properties.
- Support root cause analysis of material and process-related issues.
Innovation Projects
- Participate in R&D; projects focused on
