You will commission and optimize converting roll machines, support customers worldwide, and help improve machine performance through advanced PLC, HMI, and software solutions. Working closely with customers and internal technical teams, you will contribute to innovative projects while continuously developing your skills in an international environment. Your responsibilities* Perform software checkout, commissioning, and startup activities for converting roll machines at customer sites and remotely.* Troubleshoot software, process, machinery, and tooling issues to ensure reliable equipment performance during testing and production.* Carry out maintenance activities, quality checks, and performance reviews while recommending upgrades and spare parts to optimize operations.* Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance,
and best practices to maximize productivity and efficiency.* Collaborate with technical teams to improve software programming and develop enhanced automation solutions.
