and determine the most efficient mix at a global level.Work closely with the Product Planning team to define a commercial plan to support both short and long-term targets.Oversee and ensure the accurate execution of strategic initiatives designed to maximize overall business value.The Type Of Person We Are Looking ForMaster’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fieldsExperience in Business Analysis or equivalent analytical roles, developed in corporate contexts, Preferably within the Retail industryExcellent analytical skills and a proactive mindsetAdvanced proficiency in Excel and its key features (e.G., pivot tables, advanced formulas)Strong knowledge of SQL or Databricks is highly preferred (nice to have)Good knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken)Strong teamwork capabilities, with the ability to manage dynamic workloads, pressure, and tight deadlinesFrom the moment you join LuxExperience, we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
