For successful developments in the future, we put our stakes on your know-how. /p ul liLead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams involved in vehicle development; /li liManage automotive and commercial vehicle projects from concept through industrialization, ensuring the successful developmentofbexterior and trimproducts /b; /li liDefine project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation; /li liMonitor project progress, risks, costs, quality, and timing, ensuringdelivery according tocustomer and projectrequirements; /li liCollaborate withDesign, CAE, Testing, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and otherengineering functions toensurecross-functional integration; /li liAct as theprimary technical interfacewith OEM customersand suppliers; /li liCoordinate technical activitiesrelated to productdesign, development, validation, and industrialization; /li liCoach, mentor, and developteam members toenhance technical andleadership capabilities; /li liEnsure compliance withautomotive standards, customerrequirements, and internaldevelopment processes; /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives and engineeringbest practices. /li /ul pbYour skills that will help us to get ahead: /b /p ul liBachelor's or Master'sdegree in MechanicalEngineering, AutomotiveEngineering, IndustrialEngineering,



or arelated discipline; /li liMinimumof 3 yearsof experience inautomotive or commercialvehicle engineering; /li liProven experience leadingengineering teams andmanaging technical projects; /li liSolid experience inthe development ofExteriors Trim componentsand systems forautomotive or commercialvehicles; /li liStrong understanding of vehicle architecture, systems integration,and product developmentprocesses; /li liKnowledge of projectmanagement methodologiesand engineering governance; /li liFamiliarity with CADand PLM environments; /li liExcellent communication, leadership, organizational,and problem-solvingskills; /li liFluent Italian andEnglish, both writtenand spoken.
