Responsabilità
Client management: act as primary client contact, manage expectations, and communicate progress
Project delivery: plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet scope, time, and quality requirements
Team leadership: oversee project managers and delivery staff, mentor and provide feedback
Process improvement:



identify and implement delivery best practices for efficiency
Risk management: identify risks, develop mitigations, and escalate issues when needed
Industry knowledge: stay informed on banking tech trends and identify new opportunities
Requisiti fondamentali
Extensive experience managing complex initiatives and delivering digital banking solutions and IT transformation programs
Strong delivery processes and methodologies understanding
