Cumming Group are seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join the Milan office.
You will support commercial delivery of high-value data centre projects across Italy and Europe, contributing to feasibility through close-out.
You will work with clients and senior stakeholders to drive cost certainty, manage budgets, procurement strategies, and risk, while mentoring junior staff and supporting regional leadership.
