Energy Dome S.p.A. in Milan is seeking an Engineering Director to lead the global engineering function.
You will supervise ~30 engineers across Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Piping & Layout, and Drafting, drive governance, and ensure alignment with operations, project delivery, and R&D.;
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, requiring a strong EPC/EPCM background, and fluency in English and Italian.
Office-based in Milan with international travel.
