Senior IC Lead – Analog / Mixed-SignalMilan, Italy | Hybrid | Semiconductor / AILa descrizione completa del lavoro illustra tutte le competenze, l'esperienza pregressa e le qualifiche che i candidati dovrebbero possedere.MRL Consulting is working with an innovative early-stage semiconductor and AI company based in Milan, developing a new generation of ultra-low-power AI technology for edge applications.The company is now moving from successful silicon development into an exciting productisation and scale?up phase, and is looking for a Senior IC Lead to take ownership of its silicon execution and help shape its next generation of hardware.This is an opportunity for an experienced Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Designer who wants to remain hands?on while taking genuine technical leadership responsibility.The RoleAs Senior IC Lead, you will take ownership of IC development from architecture through to tape?out, silicon bring?up and productisation.You'll lead a small IC team while remaining deeply involved in the technical work yourself.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading and contributing to analog and mixed?signal IC designTaking silicon programmes from architecture through tape?outDriving design decisions across multiple silicon revisionsSchematic design and layout reviewPVT and Monte Carlo analysisVerification and sign?offSilicon bring?up, debug and characterisationWorking with foundries, EDA providers, packaging, test and external partnersConsidering manufacturability, testability, yield and product requirementsLeading and developing a small,



highly technical IC teamContributing to the company's future silicon roadmapWhat we're looking forYou'll Ideally HaveStrong Analog / Mixed?Signal IC Design experienceExperience taking silicon through multiple tape?outsExperience owning or significantly leading multiple silicon programmesStrong knowledge of schematic design, layout, verification and sign?offExperience with PVT / Monte Carlo analysisSilicon bring?up and characterisation experienceExperience working with foundries and external semiconductor partnersA strong understanding of productising siliconExperience leading a small technical team while remaining hands?onA genuine appetite for working in an early?stage semiconductor environmentExperience in any of the following would be particularly valuable:Ultra?low?power ICs | Sensor ASICs | MEMS | Audio | Wearables | Biomedical | Edge AI | Neuromorphic Computing | Analog AI AcceleratorsWhy join?
