This role offers the opportunity to become a key contributor to project success by providing accurate cost management, forecasting and commercial insight across complex capital investments.
You will work closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure robust cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain cost control systems, budgets and cost breakdown structuresMonitor commitments, actual costs, accruals and expenditureProduce cost forecasts and cash flow projectionsConduct variance analysis and identify commercial trendsReview contractor applications,



change requests and cost reportsSupport estimate development and cost-at-completion assessmentsPrepare monthly project controls and cost performance reportsProvide commercial advice and reporting to project stakeholdersAbout YouHighly experience in Cost Management, Estimating or Cost ControlExperience delivering pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or regulated industrial projectsStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and project cost managementExperience evaluating contractor change events and cost submissionsAdvanced Excel and cost management xysqume software skillsStrong analytical and communication skillsFluent Italian and EnglishWhat You'll ReceiveOpportunity to work on industry-leading pharmaceutical projectsExposure to complex and high-value capital programmesSupportive and collaborative working environmentHybrid working optionsFreelance or Fixed Term ContractJoin a team where your expertise will directly influence project performance and investment outcomes.
