The Lake Como EDITION in Lombardy, Italy, is seeking a Kitchen Prep/Line Cook to join our full-time team.
You will prepare meals, regulate oven temperatures, and ensure proper portioning, presentation, and garnish according to recipes and standards.
You will maintain food logs, inform chefs about specials or shortages, and support the team during busy periods while adhering to safety policies.
A technical/vocational education and at least 3 years of related experience are required.
