with the aim of driving the evolution of our technology landscape while enabling teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions at scale.In particular, you will:Lead, coach and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and accountable engineering culture.Partner with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define priorities, goals and delivery plans aligned with business and organizational objectives.Drive the successful execution of engineering initiatives, removing blockers, managing risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes.Provide technical leadership and strategic direction, supporting architectural decisions, technology evolution and engineering best practices.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with product vision, customer needs and business goals.Contribute to hiring, talent development, resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives to support the long-term growth of the engineering organization.What skills are we looking
