DXC is seeking a highly seasoned a Business Analyst with deep vertical expertise in the Hogan CAMSII platform. In this strategic role, he/she will serve as the Functional Lead within a dedicated project team through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final client acceptance testing.The ideal candidate is a CAMS II functional subject matter expert who combines banking process mastery with the technical authority needed to guide complex new Clients onboarding projects. Willingness to travel.
CompensationThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from EUR 60,000. Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA Confapi Piccola e Media Industria Metalmeccanica) and is determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsibilities, experience, and skills.Responsibilities
-End-to-End Functional: Act as a functional for the project team,



ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

-Liaison: Bridge the gap between the client's business requirements and the technical development team, translating banking needs into robust functional specifications.

Functional analysis: starting from the business requirements she/he performs FSD as per HOGAN methodology

-Test Management & Quality Assurance: participates in the testing strategy, define success criteria, and perform the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase alongside the client.
