Work Flexibility: Field-based The Associate Sales Representative is an entry-level direct sales role for an individual contributor who is developing core sales, product, customer engagement, and business planning capabilities.
The role supports sales performance in assigned territories by building customer relationships, understanding customer needs, communicating key product features and clinical applications, and contributing to sales opportunities under guidance from a manager, mentor, or more experienced team members.
The role is expected to act with integrity, deliver on commitments, collaborate effectively, seek feedback, and build the knowledge and confidence required to grow within the sales career path.
