Job DescriptionLe seguenti informazioni forniscono una panoramica delle competenze, delle qualità e delle qualifiche necessarie per questo ruolo.Manages the Process Work Package, ensuring deliverable quality, schedule adherence and compliance with budgeted hours:- Coordinates assigned process engineers through regular meetings, progress monitoring and issue resolution- Identifies and cascades contractual process requirements and ensures alignment with the tender concept, company policies and project guidelines- Collects and implements lessons learned during project phase and promotes the exchange of project feedback with product owners- Ensures timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, operation manual inputs and CE conformity requirements- Leads commissioning meetings and process engineering reviews up to trial operation / Fit for PerformanceQualifications- 5+ years' experience in a similar position, in EPC projects in Energy,



Environmental technology or similar industry- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with good knowledge of Process Engineering- Proficient user ofCAPRI, COMOS and otherengineering tools will be considered a plus-Good presentation, coaching, facilitation and project management skills- Fluency in English, Italian or other languages will be considered a plusAdditional InformationEmployee perks, benefitsPermanent contract5% Annual bonusFlexible working timeHome office possible 2 days a weekReferral programTraining and Inova AcademyCompensationBasic wage component (gross): 59000EURThis amount is our minimal offered salary. xysqume Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
