Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli. /p h3Housekeeping Assistant Manager /h3 h3About the Role /h3 pThe Housekeeping Assistant Manager supports the Housekeeping leadership team in ensuring that all guest accommodations and public areas are maintained in impeccable condition, in line with Four Seasons standards. This hands‑on role focuses on supervising daily operations, supporting the team, and coordinating with the Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure timely room readiness and exceptional guest experiences. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liAssist in coordinating daily housekeeping operations, allocating tasks and supporting effective staffing and productivity.



/li liInspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance meet Four Seasons standards. /li liCheck VIP, Elite, and repeat guest rooms, ensuring that preferences and special requests are carefully addressed. /li liWork closely with Front Office to prioritize room readiness and with Engineering to follow up on maintenance requirements. /li liSupport inventory checks and stock control for linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities. /li liMonitor compliance with hotel policies, grooming standards, and health and safety procedures. /li liProvide hands‑on guidance, coaching, and feedback to housekeeping colleagues, supporting their training and development. /li liRespond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping concerns, escalating issues when appropriate. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liPrevious experience in Housekeeping within a luxury hotel, including experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role. /li liDegree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent experience preferred. /li liStrong organizational, communication, and team supervision skills. /li liA hands‑on approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional standards. /li liAbility to prioritize tasks and support the team in a fast‑paced environment. /li liKnowledge of hotel operations; experience in a unionised environment is an asset. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAnnual gross base salary of €30,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. /li liExcellent training and development opportunities. /li liEmployee discounts for stays at Four Seasons properties worldwide. /li liComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniforms. /li liComplimentary employee meals. /li /ul h3Schedule Location /h3 ul liFull‑time position based at Danieli, Venezia, a Four Seasons Hotel. /li liFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. /li liApplicants must possess the legal right to work in Italy and be fluent in English and Italian. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
