As a leading IT distributor, we connect the world with the power of technology, enabling our partners to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.At TD SYNNEX, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic environment where growth, learning, and impact go hand in hand.About The RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Manager - Oracle to drive the adoption of Oracle's cloud services, software, and hardware.This is a customer- and partner-facing commercial role, where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue across the Oracle portfolio.You will work closely with the vendor, internal sales teams, and partners to execute go-to-market strategies, accelerate pipeline, and position Oracle solutions effectively in the market.What You'll DoDevelop and manage a portfolio of strategic partners across OCI, Oracle software, HW and services.Drive business growth and revenue by identifying and executing new opportunities with partnersBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizationsSupport partners across the full sales cycle,
including pipeline development, deal support, and closingCollaborate with Oracle and internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and joint initiativesEnable and support partners in positioning Oracle solutions to end customersTrack pipeline performance and drive accountability on growth targetsStay up to date with market trends, competitors, and Oracle developmentsAct as a trusted advisor, helping partners scale their Oracle businessWhat We're Looking ForExperience in business development, sales, or partner management within IT (cloud experience preferred)Good understanding of cloud solutions, ideally SaaSExperience working with or managing partners, resellers, or channel ecosystemsStrong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growthAbility to translate technical solutions into business valueStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, partner-driven environmentFluency in English (local language if applicable)What We OfferWe value continuous learning and provide a clear progression planHybrid work (2-3 days at the office per week)We provide comprehensive benefits including, Health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and more.Certified Workplace Excellence: Work in a certified Great Place to Work.At TD SYNNEX,
