We are now expanding Operations and looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Coordinator to join PSI Grants Expense Management division.Aumenti le sue possibilità di arrivare alla fase del colloquio leggendo la descrizione completa del lavoro e candidandosi tempestivamente.In this role, your goal will be to ensure that physicians and hospitals receive on time and accurate payments for their participation in the global clinical research programs.
You will contribute to everything from budgets development/estimation of costs till final reconciliation of the studies.You will perform various calculations, work with payment databases and be the focal point for PSI global teams of experts and hospitals worldwide regarding payments coordination.

Legal and Operations teams to ensure proper payment flow within clinical research projectsSetting up payment databases to calculate financial reimbursement to hospitalsWriting business and functional specifications to payment databasesCompiling of grant expenses forecastsMaking the calculation and payment process transparent and reporting the payment status to internal parties and clientsUniversity Degree.
Economic background is a plusExperience of working with big amounts of finance dataWork experience in grant management in clinical researchWork experience in an international settingAt least Upper-Intermediate English, spoken and writtenProficient user of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Critical and analytical thinking skillsDetail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentGood problem-solving abilities, flexibility in responding to business needsTeam oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude to tasks and projectsBase salary range: €28,000 - €38,000 gross annual salary.Actual compensation: The salary offered within the stated range will depend on objective, job-related criteria, including demonstrated competencies, qualifications, and skills relevant to the position.
