Our Graduate Development Program is a three-year journey designed for recent graduates who look beyond the obvious, challenge existing processes, and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work.
The program is structured into 4 progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives.
Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are.
From day one, you join ION on a full-time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey.What You'll DoAcross phases, you will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment.
The program is designed to grow well-rounded, full-stack professionals.
Your work will include:Contributing directly to the development of ION's products, from requirements through to deliveryDesigning, developing, and testing software solutions across different technology stacksCollaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative, high-impact productsSolving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutionsWhat We're Looking ForMaster's degree in a STEM discipline - obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic recordProgramming experience in one or more of: Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, Typescript, PythonStrong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+)Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permitGross Salary Range*************** EURPursuant to Italian Law (L.*****), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority.
