Responsabilità
Identify client issues and develop hypotheses
Design and conduct analyses to inform recommendations
Synthesize findings into actionable client-facing guidance
Participate in on-the-job coaching and the OEP capability-building program
Engage in digital transformation and AI-driven service operations initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape AI-native operating models and service ecosystems
Develop strategies and roadmaps for deploying processes and systems supporting digital service operations
Requisiti fondamentali
Master's degree and exceptional academic performance
Initial experience or strong interest in AI-powered service innovation (digital solutions, robotics, Generative AI)
Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
Mobility and willingness for European assignments during the work week
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and local office language
