You’ll be the market’s voice, shaping content, portfolio evolution, and scalable partner ecosystems. You’ll collaborate with enablement, sales, delivery, and partners to ensure training is relevant, commercially viable, and positioned as a growth pillar. and strategic alliances /li liIdentify and activate new demand channels including enterprise LD budgets and public sector initiatives /li liEnsure alignment across sales, delivery, product/enablement, and what is sold vs. delivered vs. developed /li liEstablish a structured feedback loop on training performance (adoption, quality, gaps) for continuous improvement /li liDrive growth of training revenue and expansion into new customer segments and funding sources /li /ul h3Requisiti fondamentali /h3 ul liStrong background in Professional Services / Consulting /li liAbility to translate market needs into structured offerings or programs /li liExperience across multiple stakeholders (sales, delivery, product/enablement) /li liStrong commercial awareness with understanding of how services and training drive revenue /li liExperience with partnerships, ecosystem development, or education programs is advantageous /li liHighly proactive, structured, and comfortable in evolving environments /li /ul ul liCross-functional collaboration /li liStakeholder management /li liProactive and structured mindset /li liAdaptability in a changing environment /li liResults-orientation /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
