Overview
In this role you contribute to client-driven AI adoption and organizational change.
You work within a multidisciplinary team to design and implement AI-enabled business models, processes, and roadmaps.
You gather client insights, analyze data, and shape concrete recommendations for ROI and impact.
You will facilitate adoption programs and build engaging stakeholder presents.
This position offers scope to influence how organizations embed AI into daily work and drive digital transformation.
Responsabilità
Clarify client needs to deliver the right business solution
Plan and execute business analysis across marketing, structure, and processes; design AI-enabled organizational models
Collect client information via interviews, surveys, workshops, and observations to identify GenAI use cases
Analyze data to identify weaknesses, map use cases by function, impact, ROI, and complexity
Formulate structured recommendations and help prioritize initiatives into a roadmap with clear deliverables
Coordinate tasks related to business projects and adoption programs
Run effective meetings and create compelling presentations
Fluency in Italian and English is required
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Engineering
2–5 years of experience in leading management consulting or similarly structured environments
Daily use of GenAI assistants (Claude and Microsoft Copilot) and familiarity with broader tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, no-code tools)
Experience as a PMO in complex contexts
Experience delivering process improvement, change, and adoption programs
Aptitude for creative problem solving
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Nice to have: experience facilitating training sessions or workshops with business users
Curiosity for continuous improvement
Ability to view challenges as opportunities to analyze
Motivation to understand client businesses and deliver results
GenAI tools proficiency (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT)
