Do you have a passion for human resources and want **hands-on experience that makes a difference**? Join our team as an HR Admin Intern and learn to manage administrative and operational activities in Human Resources. **In particular you will:*** **Support the administration of personnel**, in particular drafting contracts and agreements.* **Handle administrative requests from employees.*** **Support the management of processes** related to the working life of all group employees.* **Monitor and update personnel data** in the management system.* **Contribute to analysis and reporting activities** to optimize internal HR processes. **What skills are we looking for?*** **A degree in economics** or a related field.* Strong **organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and communication abilities**, with a proactive attitude and a natural inclination for teamwork.* Excellent **knowledge of the Office suite**, especially Excel.* Fluent in English.* Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.
