we want you on our teamTHE JOURNEYSupport People Partners and business leaders in the execution of key HR processes (performance reviews, engagement surveys, talent reviews, etc.)Act as a first point of contact for employees on People-related topics, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experiencePartner with managers to support day-to-day people management (onboarding, probation follow-ups, development conversations, etc.)Assist in identifying and addressing employee relations topics, escalating when neededDrive and support engagement initiatives to foster a strong team culture and positive work environmentCollaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, ensuring alignment with team structure and prioritiesSupport workforce planning and organizational changes (transfers, promotions, restructuring)Ensure proper implementation of People policies, processes, and compliance with local regulationsAnalyze People data and metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends and supp
