Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of the UV Smart portfolio within the assigned territory.
Working closely with the sales organization, the role focuses on market development, opportunity creation, customer engagement, and execution of commercial strategies to accelerate business growth.Reporting to the Business Director, the Business Development Manager operates in a matrix environment and collaborates closely with Commercial, Marketing and Tech Service teams to achieve shared business objectives.
The role combines strategic business development, channel strategy, and hands-on market execution to expand UV Smart's presence and customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives for the UV Smart portfolio within the assigned territory.
* Develop and execute territory plans to increase market penetration and customer adoption.
* Define and support the execution of the channel strategy, including direct and indirect routes to market, in alignment with ASP commercial objectives.
* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
* Partner with ASP sales representatives to develop opportunities, support customer engagements, and drive sales execution.
* Act as the portfolio specialist for UV Smart solutions, providing commercial and product expertise throughout the sales process.
* Build relationships with key decision makers, opinion leaders, distributors, and strategic partners.
* Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based discussions.
