We are expanding our team and looking for a highly perceptive person to work with both our local Sicilian clients and our growing international clientele.
Buyers come from around the world to find their home in Sicily, while local sellers trust us to handle their properties with respect and professionalism. Our philosophy is simple: We do not “push sales.” We help buyers find the right property and local owners navigate the international market successfully.
We are looking for someone who understands this fundamental difference. You are an exceptional listener, a patient guide, and a proactive problem-solver who can seamlessly bridge the gap between Sicilian traditions and international expectations.
The Role
- Buyer Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact for international buyers,
managing daily email correspondence and patiently guiding them through the property search and acquisition process.
- Seller Relations & Acquisitions: Prospect and take in new properties in Sicily. Build strong, trusting relationships with local property owners.
- Property Due Diligence: Conduct initial checks to validate properties' legal and urbanistic compliance (conformità urbanistica e catastale) before we agree to list them.
- Marketing & Publishing: Create, publish, and manage engaging property listings on our website and international portals, ensuring they meet international standards.
- Cultural Bridging: Manage communication between local sellers, technicians, and foreign buyers, ensuring everyone feels understood and secure throughout the transaction.
- Property Viewings: Conduct professional showings that highlight the property's potential and the beauty of the local area.
