The job
The Services Senior Engineer role represents a senior-level technical position within product and solution development. The Center of Excellence (COE) encompasses both standard products and custom-developed components of AVEVA-based solutions. As such, the COE Engineer is responsible for developing and testing new solution features, as well as identifying and resolving application issues related to custom products and integrated AVEVA solutions.
Key responsibilities
The Services Senior Engineer applies a combination of technical expertise, solution knowledge, and application-specific software skills to:
- Work closely with our DEV and SUPPORT teams to master the customer solutions.
- Research, identify, develop, and recommend software enhancements to address new feature requirements and application issues identified in the field
