About The Role The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our F&B; Division. As a Manager in Training (MIT) – Food & Beverage, you will rotate across multiple Food & Beverage outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities.
