Overview In this role you drive growth for D-EDGE in Austria by acquiring and managing hotel partners, promoting the full hospitality tech suite, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes. You will act as a trusted business partner, tailoring proposals to client needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position offers a chance to shape a rapidly expanding international platform and strengthen brand presence at industry events. meeting/exceeding targets * Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and retention * Advocate for client feedback internally to improve offerings * Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events in Austria to boost visibility and generate leads Requisiti fondamentali * Proven hospitality industry experience with expertise in revenue management, distribution, or digital marketing * Strong track record in B2B sales with at least 5 years of commercial experience * Deep understanding of hotel distribution landscape (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.) * Self-driven, results-oriented, natural relationship builder * Fluency in Italian and English (100%); based in Venice or surrounding area * Willingness to visit clients regularly * Self-driven * Results-oriented * Relationship builder * Revenue management * Hotel distribution knowledge (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers) * Digital marketing
