Overview As Sales Manager in Portugal, you will grow our presence among hotels and hotel groups, promoting our hospitality tech suite and closing impactful deals. You’ll partner with clients to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our cloud-based solutions drive measurable results. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll help expand our European footprint and brand visibility. This role offers a chance to shape a growing portfolio and thrive in an international environment. Responsabilità * Identify opportunities in your territory and engage key decision-makers (GMs, Revenue Managers) * Present and tailor D-EDGE solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics) to client needs * Build and manage a high-value client portfolio with long-term relationships * Lead full sales cycle from pitch to negotiation and closing, meeting or exceeding targets * Collaborate with Product, Marketing,
and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and retention * Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events in Austria to boost brand visibility and generate leads * Act as the voice of clients internally by sharing feedback to improve offerings Requisiti fondamentali * Proven hospitality industry experience with expertise in revenue management, distribution, or digital marketing * At least 5 years of B2B sales experience * Deep understanding of hotel distribution landscape and key players (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers) * Self-driven, results-oriented, and strong relationship-building abilities * Fluency in Italian and English (100%); willingness to travel to visit clients; based in Venice or nearby area * self-driven * results-oriented * relationship builder * hospitality industry knowledge * revenue management * distribution
