Responsibilities:
Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities in support of operational and strategic objectives, aligning influence efforts with commander intent and campaign goals. Develops and refining PSYOP concepts and messaging using academic research, behavioral science, and audience analysis to improve credibility and effectiveness.
Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media partners, and commercial vendors Integrates PSYOP with broader OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects, ensuring synchronized influence outcomes across domains.
