Job Description
To strengthen the Corporate Operations Team at Fidia’s headquarters, we are recruiting a

Corporate Packaging, Artwork & Product Data Manager

The role will be responsible for the end-to-end governance of packaging components, the artwork lifecycle, serialization, product master data and packaging regulatory compliance across all Fidia manufacturing sites, while leading a multidisciplinary team.

Main responsibilities:
• Lead the lifecycle management of packaging artwork and technical packaging specifications, including coordination of artwork creation, revision,



approval and implementation processes.
• Maintain alignment between Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Drive the implementation of digital Artwork Management systems integrated with SAP and PLM platforms.
• Manage serialization and traceability, including country-specific requirements, related packaging changes and master data; support manufacturing sites and CMOs with deployment.
• Lead packaging regulatory compliance, including PPWR, CONAI, environmental labeling, supplier declarations, technical dossiers and compliance records; oversee the governance of import and export flows, ensuring operational efficiency and full compliance with applicable customs and international trade requirements.
• Coordinate budgeting and operational forecasting; monitor capacity utilization, inventory, warehouse efficiency and material flows across manufacturing sites.
