KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's IT systems and software applications, with a particular focus on ERP systems based on FileMaker and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central . The role ensures the efficiency, security, and continuous evolution of IT processes, supporting both the operational and strategic needs of the business.
IT SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT & MAINTENANCE
- Gather, analyze, and define business requirements to design and implement customized software solutions.
- Configure, customize, maintain, and enhance the FileMaker ERP system.
- Design and develop solutions using FileMaker and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize business processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Perform data analysis, testing, and mass data update activities.





TECHNICAL SUPPORT & DOCUMENTATION
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting issues related to systems and business applications.
- Prepare, maintain, and update technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define the functional and technical requirements of software development projects.

INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the digital transformation and continuous improvement of business processes in line with the company's strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming languag
