Overview As Collection Merchandising Manager you will drive the definition and execution of seasonal merchandising strategies across Brioni’s product categories. You will partner with Creative and Product teams to shape collection architecture and priorities, ensure market-aligned assortments, and present opportunities to stakeholders. You will monitor performance and translate trends into actionable recommendations, supporting commercial objectives and Brioni’s standards of excellence. This role offers a chance to influence product strategy within a prestigious luxury house and contribute to its brand positioning.

Responsabilità
- Partner with Creative and Product Development to shape seasonal collection strategies and priorities
- Contribute to seasonal collection architecture ensuring balance across categories, price points and families
- Assist in presenting seasonal collections to internal stakeholders, highlighting stories and opportunities




- Monitor seasonal product performance and provide insights on trends and carry-over options
- Collaborate with Retail and Planning to ensure assortments meet market needs and commercial goals
- Develop a balanced product assortment reflecting brand positioning and market opportunities
- Define seasonal assortment priorities by tracking market trends and customer preferences
- Support cross-functional alignment to business performance and objectives

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical, planning and reporting skills
- Knowledge of markets, competitors and trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of other systems for sales monitoring, data entry and stock transfers
- Fluent in Italian and English
