Role Overview
As Financial Controller, you own the integrity of our financial records and help build the accounting backbone that enables Hilo to scale internationally.
You will own the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close across multiple legal entities, Group consolidation, VAT and financial compliance, and the supervision of day-to-day accounting activities. This is a hands‑on role where you will both oversee accounting processes and external providers and investigate complex accounting issues, reconciliations and transactions yourself.
You will also help make Finance more scalable by using automation and AI to reduce repetitive work, strengthen controls and move towards exception‑based accounting processes.
You report to the VP Finance and work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Growth
