About The Team You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Responsible for the localization of the overseas e-commerce website interface.
Manage language vendors and language resources.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand user needs and create a consistent, seamless multilingual user experience.
Ensure the localization quality of e-commerce web content through quality assurance and issue resolution; always maintain a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset.
Identify key challenges in the localization process, lead language quality optimization projects, and collaborate with the development team to drive improvements in systems and tools.
Build and maintain the localization team's knowledge base, including glossaries, style guides, and process documentation.
Participate in other localization-related projects, proactively propose improvement suggestions, and continuously optimize team workflows and impact.
