What You’ll Do Prospect and onboard new carriers and clients
Negotiate rates and service agreements
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Monitor market trends to guide pricing and service strategies
Collaborate with operations teams for seamless deliveries
Core Skills & Qualifications Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
Knowledge of market trends and competitors in logistics
Self-motivated , goal-oriented, and proactive attitude
Effective business communication in English (B2 level)
