About The Team

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the localization of the overseas e-commerce website interface. Manage language vendors and language resources.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand user needs and create a consistent, seamless multilingual user experience.
Ensure the localization quality of e-commerce web content through quality assurance and issue resolution; always maintain a hands‑on, roll‑up-your-sleeves mindset.
Identify key challenges in the localization process, lead language quality optimization projects, and collaborate with the development team to drive improvements in systems and tools.
