Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and service-oriented professional for an Arabic Speaking Client Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is a vital component of our partner's Customer Support Services team, offering the perfect opportunity for an Arabic-speaking professional to advance their career in a vibrant, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support within the Customer Support Services industry.
Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed client records and documentation to track interaction history and improve service efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve recurring service challenges.
Act as a linguistic bridge, ensuring seamless communication for our Arabic-speaking clientele.
Adhere to established service-level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Proactively suggest improvements to internal customer support processes to enhance the overall user experience.
Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is strictly required for this Arabic-speaking job.
Proficiency in English to effectively interact with our diverse, international team in Sofia.
Previous experience in the Customer Support Services sector is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our office in Sofia.
