Join a collaborative, remote-first team focused on implementing and optimizing commercial insurance technology solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance and Managing General Agent (MGA) operations to support the implementation of the Sure Commercial platform. You will work closely with underwriters, business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate complex business needs into practical system configurations and functional specifications. From broker submissions and underwriting workflows to rating, policy issuance, and renewals, your work will help streamline the end-to-end insurance lifecycle. You will also drive requirements analysis, system integration planning, and testing activities to ensure solutions meet business and operational expectations.

- Business Requirements Analysis: Engage with MGA stakeholders, underwriters, and business teams to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for commercial insurance platform implementation.
- Platform Configuration & Functional Design: Translate business needs into Sure Commercial configurations, user stories, functional specifications, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Fit-Gap Analysis: Assess existing business processes against platform capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate configuration, customization, or integration solutions.
