We're looking for an organised and customer‑focused HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team, supporting employees and managers across Ferrero UK & Ireland. As a key member of the team, you'll help deliver a seamless employee experience by providing high‑quality HR administration, payroll support and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.

This role offers excellent exposure to a broad range of HR activities, from onboarding and employee changes to payroll administration, reporting and HR systems. Working closely with colleagues across the People & Organisation function, you'll play an important role in ensuring our HR processes run efficiently, accurately and in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
As an HR Administrator within our HR Shared Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and professional HR service across Ferrero UK & Ireland. Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers, you will support a wide range of HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies and legal requirements.

You will be responsible for preparing contracts, employment letters and HR correspondence, supporting onboarding activities for new starters, administering employee lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers and leavers, and maintaining accurate employee records within SAP HR and associated systems.
