The role:
At MotorK, the ERP and Business Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining the company's invoicing systems to optimize business processes and support data-driven decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations across various departments, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of MotorK's customer operations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, preferably with specific knowledge relevant to MotorK's tools (Salesforce, Netsuite, Dealhub).
- Understanding of subscription management principles and systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of addressing and resolving system issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in ERP systems analysis or a similar role.

- Analyze and optimize invoicing systems functionalities to support business requirements, ensuring efficient and effective process flows.
- Provide ongoing support to ERP (Netsuite) and other related system (ie. Dealhub) users, resolving issues promptly to minimize business disruptions.
