Role Purpose:

The Change Lead is responsible for delivering business change initiatives that support ASR's strategic objectives, operational effectiveness and growth ambitions.

Working across project management, business analysis and change management disciplines,



the role leads change from discovery through implementation, ensuring solutions are clearly defined, effectively delivered and successfully embedded within the business. With a strong business focus, the Change Lead partners with stakeholders to drive outcomes, manage delivery and support the adoption of sustainable change.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of business change initiatives, ensuring requirements are understood, solutions are defined and delivery remains aligned to business needs.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, discussions and decision-making to support effective change delivery and problem resolution.

• Manage change through its lifecycle, coordinating activities across business, technology and third-party teams whilst maintaining oversight of plans, risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
